Our innovative and highly creative staging solutions focus on improving a property's overall value and presentation. Our recomemndations are all real estate based, taking into account who the next buyer of the property will likely be and we tailor our marketing & merchandising plans to ensure the property showcases the lifestyle these buyers aspire to have.

Our experienced RE Marketing consultants consider each and every room within the home and make recommendations that – if followed – will add value to the property and make it highly saleable. Home Staging Consultations

Consultations are the cornerstone of our custom marketing solutions for our clients and the starting point to creating a PLAN to get a property market-ready. Home Staging is a 2 step process involving both the preparation and merchandising of the home. During a consultation, we will create a comprehensive plan for the home which will address all of the following:

Preparation

  • Curb Appeal & Outdoor Living Spaces
  • De-Cluttering & Organization
  • Deferred Maintenance Issues
  • Color Palettes to create Broad Appeal
  • Smart Upgrades with a great Return on Investment


Merchandising

  • Room Function
  • Furniture Layout
  • Lighting Plan
  • Layering in decor, textures and pops of colors to maximize the impact of each space
  • Vignette merchandising for bathrooms, kitchens and transitional spaces

Consultations can last up to 2 hours depending on the size of the home and are the key to properly preparing a house for sale. We leave our clients with a comprehensive list of recommendations they can either implement on their own, or hire our team to implement on their behalf. Many of the recommendations we make cost no money to do and yet can drastically improve the overall value of a property! Our epxerienced consultants provide expert guidance and give our clients the confidence to make important changes to improve the overall saleability of their homes.

Consultations Flat Fee: $200 + HST*

Virtual Staging Consultations

For clients who do not have the time to meet for a regular staging consultation or who live outside our coverage area, we offer virtual consultations.
For a virtual consultation, we require pictures of all rooms in the home from multiple vantage points and we will create a comprehensive list of recommendations to get the property in show-ready condition. Once the report is ready, a follow up via phone is necessary in order to ensure that all aspects of the report are understood. 

Virtual Consultation Flat Fee: $300 + HST

Hands On Staging Hours

Once a consultation has been completed, our RE Marketing Consultants can be hired to stage your home using your own furnishings. With both half day and full day options, this is an affordable and highly effective merchandising solution for home owners who have modern furnishings but who need assistance in creating beautiful and marketable spaces.

Staging hours are booked on both half day and full day time slots.

Half day Pricing: $400 + HST

Full day Pricing: $800 + HST

Staging Solutions

As Kitchener-Waterloo's leading experts in staging homes, Rooms in Bloom has an extensive inventory of modern furniture, artwork, decor and more which helps us create distinctive and highly marketable spaces for our clients. Additionally, we also have established partnerships with the region's top furniture suppliers from which our Consultants will source furnishings in keeping with our custom marketing plans that are tailored to the style and calibre of your home.

Note: Either a staging consultation or vacant property assessment is required prior to receiving a firm staging quote. Our consultants can give a pricing range over the phone or via email but we don't guarantee that this will be accurate until we have seen the property. Please contact us to get started!

Rooms in Bloom offers customized staging packages for both owner-occupied and vacant homes. Typically owner-occupied properties require just accessorizing as they already have all the necessary furniture to stage each space. When that isn't the case, we offer furniture & decor solutions that will ensure each space is both functional and highly appealing. As we are a full service staging company, all of our packages include the necessary furniture & accessories to properly showcase a space. 

Our packages include: decor or furniture & decor rental, our staging fee to select/install the furnishings into your home and a flat fee for any furniture delivery & pick up. Pricing is based on our minimum 4-week rental for the accessories & furniture.

Accessory Rentals start at $900.00 + HST per 4-week term.*

Furniture & Decor Rentals start at $2,200.00 + HST per 4-week term.*

Rooms in Bloom has formed strong partnerships with many established and experienced home service professionals. At a client’s request, we can offer referrals for painters, landscapers, contractors, cleaners and more. Our partners offer Rooms in Bloom clients affordable pricing on all renovation projects. *Pricing is for consultations held in the Waterloo Region. Outside of this area a travel surcharge is applicable.
