Home Staging Consultation $199.00 + GST
Consultations include a thorough walk through of your home by a professional Home Staging Stylist who will make detailed recommendations for each room so that every space in the home shows to its fullest potential and maximum appeal. We see the home as buyers will view it and will offer useful low cost tips which create dramatic differences. From advice on how to arrange furniture, neutralizing colour & decor, advice on upgrades and renovations to curb appeal – we address it all! All of these suggestions and recommendations will be discussed with the home owner on the spot during the 1 – 2 hour consultation.

DIY (Do-it-yourself) Upgrade $49.95 + GST
Want to do all the recommendations yourself? Add a copy of the detailed consultation report which we call the PLAN and use it as a checklist. This report will itemize all the suggestions and recommendations made for your home. It’s a fantastic way to ensure that all the items discussed during the consultation get put into action!

Implement our recommendations on the spot! Instead of simply listening to recommendations, would you like our staging professional to start making changes right away? Simply tell us at the time of booking that you would like some staging time and we will ensure that the consultation is booked with a minimum of a 2 hour window for staging and design assistance. Rooms in Blooms staging professionals will ensure that rooms show to their fullest potential by carefully arranging furniture, de-cluttering and emphasizing focal areas.

Optional 3D Virtual Picture Upgrade $150.00 + GST per room
If you can’t visualize the transformation in a room the way a Rooms in Bloom stylist does, choose to receive a 3D Virtual picture of the space fully staged! We will take the room of your choice and with a special computer program, completely transform the space so that you can truly see what a huge impact implementing our recommendations will make. If you want to do the staging yourself, this is must have visual tool!

Once the consultation has been completed, our client(s) have the option of deciding how much they want to accomplish on their own. Based upon the home owner’s budget, timeline and comfort level in completing the recommendations, Rooms in Bloom can be hired to do as much or as little as the clients require.

Vacant Home Consultation $125.00 + GST
Studies prove that buyers have a very hard time visualizing their own items in empty spaces. Furnishing vacant homes not only defines a room’s function but the staging also creates a warm, inviting atmosphere which romances buyers and creates that tangible emotional connection which sells homes. For a Vacant Home Staging consultation, a Rooms in Bloom stylist will spend an hour going through the home, taking measurements and creating a staging plan which includes rental furniture & accessories.

Blossom Package $595.00 + Taxes
This package includes three hours of staging time with two Stylists. Rooms in Bloom will neutralize personal décor, de-clutter, re-arrange furniture, and ensure the home appears bright and spacious. This package includes a rental of stunning accessories valued at approximately $800.00. The merchandise includes, but is not limited to, artwork, mirrors, table centerpieces, decorative pillows & throws and florals. The rental term is renewable on a monthly basis. This package does not include furniture rental and a consultation is required prior to choosing this package so that the stylists know what accessories to bring, and which rooms to focus on.

Furniture Rentals
Rooms in Bloom has established partnerships with several local furniture rental companies. All rental furnishings are in pristine condition and include bedroom suites, dining room sets, couches, rugs, lights and more. Rooms in Bloom stylists will choose furnishings which complement the decor and overall design plan for the home.

Accessory Rentals
Rooms in Bloom has a vast inventory of rental accessories which are available for rental. Our inventory includes, but is not limited to contemporary and luxurious bedding sets, decorative pillows and accent cushions, textured centerpieces, modern artwork and framed mirrors and stunning florals.

Rooms in Bloom has formed strong partnerships with many established and experienced home service professionals.
