If you are a builder and would like assistance in creating stunning designs in your model homes, we can work with you to create beautiful, contemporary spaces which will engage buyer’s hearts and souls. Colour Consultations:
Colour consultations are invaluable tools for people who want to re-design a space, but don’t know what colour palette to select for their home. During a consultation with one of our principal designers, we will look at all the elements already selected for the room and create a colour plan which will help you achieve your intended design style.
Cost: $125 + GST

Re-Design Consultations:
Design consultations go beyond selecting colours; one of our principal designers will address all aspects in a room from colour, furnishings, accents, space planning and window treatments. We will make design recommendations based upon our client’s desired vision and lifestyle so that the space is both beautiful and functional. For a design consultation, we will also create a 3D drawing of the completed space.
Cost: $250 + GST

Optional Upgrade:  A design board complete with a floorplan, selected samples of paint chips, flooring, fabrics and photos of all the furnishings going into the space.

Personal Shopping:
Would you like Rooms in Bloom to do all the shopping for your design project? We know where many of the elements are available and can be hired to source out all the furnishings for the completed design. Upon client approval, we will buy and deliver the desired items, making it easy to swiftly bring the design to life.
Cost: $75/hr + GST
